All sales are final. Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been fulfilled.
Fresh Flower Garlands — All Sales Final
Bloomsbyvisaka specializes in handcrafted fresh flower garlands made to order. Because our products are perishable and custom-made, we are unable to accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges once an order has been confirmed and fulfilled.
We strongly recommend reviewing your order details carefully before placing an order and contacting us with any questions prior to purchase.
When Refunds Are Issued
Refunds will only be considered in the following circumstances:
- Products fail U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) inspection and cannot be fulfilled
- We receive a damaged shipment from our supplier that affects the quality of your order
- We are unable to fulfill your order due to circumstances on our end
In any of the above cases, we will notify you promptly and issue a full or partial refund for the affected items.
Order Cancellations
Cancellations may be considered if requested at least 72 hours before your confirmed pickup or delivery date. Please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or text at (919) 602-8947 if you need to cancel.
Cancellations requested less than 72 hours before the fulfillment date cannot be accommodated as preparation will have already begun.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an order that is incorrect or significantly damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with photos of the issue. We will work with you to find a fair resolution.
